A slice of heaven awaits
Waking up to breathtaking views and abundant relaxation spots was a dream. The unforgettable underground river tour with Gonzalo was the cherry on top of our perfect getaway!
While most staff were friendly, a few lacked warmth, making some interactions feel a bit distant. The burger we tried also left us feeling underwhelmed and unwell.

The stay was pleasant overall, with a lovely room and delicious food options. However, the restaurant prices were quite high, which surprised us, and the hot water in our room was occasionally inconsistent. Great for couples seeking a quiet retreat, but families might find the dining options need improvement.

Hidden gem for relaxation!
We had an amazing time at this peaceful getaway! The spacious room was super comfy, and we loved exploring the hacienda on bikes. The underground river tour with Gonzalo was a highlight! The fresh food at the restaurant was great, but the menu could use a bit more variety. Totally chill vibes—highly recommend!

The hotel is a great place to get your rest as this is in the
middle of the jungle in Tulum. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the atmosphere is very quiet. However, the location may be challenging to access for some travelers without a vehicle.

I stayed in the Superior Casita Suite with Terrace and it was super cozy! The furnishings were comfy and the terrace vibe was perfect for chilling out. Plus, having a fridge stocked with soft drinks was a nice touch. The bathroom had great aesthetics too. Just wish there were more light options. it felt a bit dim at times. Overall, a solid room for relaxing after a day of exploring!

Staying at wakax hacienda was the perfect choice for our valentine's day getaway. The luxurious casa de piedra had a private plunge pool and the fine cenote. We loved the friendly staff and free activities like paddleboarding, which exceeded our expectations from our previous stay in tulum.

I spent four nights at Wakax Hacienda in a Superior Casita Suite with Terrace. The place blew me away. It's a stunning oasis with so many relaxation spots and beautiful small pools. The cenote swimming was a highlight. it felt like paradise. Gonzalo led an amazing cave tour, providing a rich history of cenotes. I loved the attention to detail throughout the property, like the gym's fridge stocked with water bottles and the complimentary drinks in my room. The architecture blended perfectly with nature, making it a serene escape. Unfortunately, some things could improve. The restaurant had limited menu options, and I felt a bit trapped by the dining choices. The service was also slow, with some staff not being as attentive as I hoped, especially during peak times. Waiting for snacks by the pool took too long due to understaffing. It's also quite a ride to Tulum town if you want to explore. Despite the drawbacks, the magical environment made it worth it. I recommend spending your time at the Hacienda instead of venturing out too much. Just be prepared for the high costs in the area.
